I didn't actually take my car there. I called because I saw a couple of coupons and thought maybe I'd give them a try. When I called, they kept giving me a run around about setting up an appointment and wouldn't just give me an appointment time. He kept saying how long it would take to get the things I needed done and I understood that, but what I wanted was an appointment so that when I took my car in, I didn't have to wait for 3 hours and then another 2 and a 1/2 hours to get the stuff done. Apparently they can't just make an appointment. So I will just pick someplace that does actually make appointments.
I'm adding because of their BS response. All I wanted was an alignment and oil change. I specifically told them I would wait, so I do not care about you loaner car issues, because I would not have needed it. I literally went to 2 different places and got those done in under 2 hours. You're really speaking quite low of yourself if you think you need all day to do those. I simply wanted an appointment so I wasn't waiting hours prior to you even doing what I needed.

Charged $99 to confirm what my son told them was wrong. AutoZone had already diagnosed a faulty alternator and my tester confirmed it. No way their doing the same test cost that much.

The Hire Performance Parts is 5/5 stars all day!!! Bright ones. The parts manager up there is extremely knowledgeable, he knows his stuff and he'll get you going in the right direction, Not like alot (not all but ALOT) of other Franchise Auto Part stores... I won't say no names but if your reading this you prolly know which ones. But this is Hands down my favorite Auto Part store to go to. Fair prices, Popular and Premium Brands, Alot of this here you cant get from "the other guys". I highly recommend stopping in here, I guarantee if you gotta question, you will leave if not answered, at least a better understanding or a card with a number on it. And your gonna find something that you know you need.

Went to the Lima rd store for an oil change. There were no lines, out in less than 20 min. Friendly staff. Good deals on oil change books also.
