“I can't understand any negative review this place has. It is literally the only place where you can have someone rinse BOTH sides of your can and your tires. The two big car washes in town have teenagers that don't GAF about your car, the spray one side, and they don't rinse tires hardly well enough for the cost. I stop but that it is in my route and I love it!”

“~Hands Down, Yolanda has some of the most AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve come across in years……What truly makes it more special, is that you can always tell that it’s genuine! She literally treats most everyone the same, regardless of race, gender, or age. While some people might easily want to dismiss this comment because it comes from someone who works at a gas station ⛽️, I am the complete opposite. I literally will drive out of my way, passing at least one or two other gas stations, to fill up here, simply because genuine customer service speaks volumes about the company itself, as it shows a higher level of integrity in their hiring process when they value service/quality over laziness and someone who could care less than to just bring home a check. Most companies today, simply no longer care. “I never thought I'd be writing a review for a gas station, but here we are. Phillips 66 isn't just a place to fill up your car, it's a pit stop paradise. The bathrooms are cleaner than my apartment (which honestly says more about my cleaning habits than anything else), and the snacks are like a gourmet convenience store. I mean, who needs a fancy restaurant when you can have a hot dog and a Slurpee at Phillips 66? And let's not forget the gas itself. It's like liquid gold, giving my car the power to conquer the road. “Always extremely busy. I stopped in for gas and a couple of items. They are always lined up at the register but get thru each customer very quickly and pleasantly. The gas is generally cheaper here and its also easy to get in and out of on a very busy Bluffton Rd. In Waynedale. Always my go to when I'm in town visiting. Great gas/convenience store that's been in the Fort Wayne area since I was a kid in the 70s. 5 stars to this day.”
“What's to say You by the gas you put it in you use it on that aspect they do really well they have some auto maintenance lubricants and fluids for sale I just wish they had a couple of grocery items like milk or bread for sale so you didn't have to go all the way down to the store and fight the Hazardous parking lot and disrespectful crowds”

“They always have the cheapest gas in Fort Wayne. The marathon near the coldwater exit. The gas station is clean and fresh, although trading a carwash for money off gas doesn't make much since to me because you are not really saving any money that way. Needless to say I do come here often and the attendants are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gas station to friends and family and anyone reading this review.”

There was an employee who did not seem to speak English well, or struggled to comprehend my question about the gas station system with cash and Kroger number.
