your bank makes it impossible to TALK to a person. I am an insurance agent and trying to get a Mortgagee clause. Absently impossible to talk to a person. You have to enter an account number to get anywhere. The worst bank i have ever delt with

Worst experience ever, would not recommend 0 out of 10 for this location. There were two ladies handling cars that drove up for deposits or withdrawals. Tried to tell me that they couldn’t send change through the deposit container, when I come every day to do a deposit and other workers have no issue doing it. There are some employees at this location that are rude to customers. I would highly recommend looking into employment of these individuals. Not the best customer service experience ever. Thank you.

Don't review banks much, but have banked with Chase for sometime and always a good experience. Grant helped me with an estate account and was extremely helpful.

This is a mega-bank so mired in policies and procedures with endless departments for every conceivable bank service. Chase Bank is the farthest possible definition from a community bank. If all you’re looking for is totally impersonal banking then you might as well include them in your analysis of banks and service fees. If on the other hand you are shopping for a local community bank you’d like to develop a personal relationship with then Chase does not belong in your consideration whatsoever.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES, YOU CALL THE 800 CHASE # AND THEY CANT EVEN GET AHOLD OF THEM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. WHY LET SOMEONE HOLD YOUR MONEY IF THEY AREN'T WILLING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION?Corporate told me a year ago, they would reach out to them and address this issue. Tried calling them again today, same replay and corporate cant contact them as no one is answering.The corporate representative told me Chase no long has notary services which took me >30 minutes to figure out because of problem above. Then, they transfer me to someone else who says Chase does do notary, it's just specific branches.Greedy bank, don't want to work for you, just want your money.
