I broke a nail from a previous nail tech and was very worried about it. I went in explained the situation and let me tell you I was blown away! I was afraid, because I knew that the acrylic would be different because the original was from another nail tech. I am so happy that I came in! It is good as new and you can’t tell the difference at all! If you are in Fishers or the surrounding areas you need to visit asap!

I stopped in today to get my gel x set removed and they got me in and out with no wait! She did a great job and everyone was really friendly and it was so clean and pretty on the inside. The prices are great as well, I paid $15 for a removal and it came with critical oil, shaping and clean up. I will definitely be back!

Salon is beautiful w/ friendly staff but quality of service is poor. I do love that my child could get gel, but surprised that in less than a week it lifted off. I'm 8 days out from my manicure and my nails are chipped and peeling. My gel manicures elsewhere can go weeks before I need to have them redone- this time only a week for $$$.

I brought my daughter, who just turned the BIG 30! And my other daughter who was turning 17, and my niece, in for gel manicures and the full head spa experience! Teddy and Hanna(spelling) were so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for all of the services we received. Definitley will be back!!!
Specialities: Highly recommend this place for receiving head spa services! Absolutely wonderful!
Cleanliness: This establishment was very clean and organized. When you walk in the front doors, there's a sense of instant relaxation.

Do not go here. I went and got them re done after. This was the worst experience I’ve had getting nails done. They did the wrong nail shape I asked for and then even when “fixing” it did not. The nail lengths were not matching on the hands and very noticeable different. The gel went all the way and on to the skin so it will start peeling shortly. And on top of that they charge $70 for a gel pedicure. Terrible. My nails started peeling an hour later

Arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment at 6 for scalp treatment. Waited 20 minutes to actually be seen. Booked for a 90 minute appointment, only got serviced 40 minutes. Seems understaffed because my tech was doing nails still which was why I was delayed. Management seems unhelpful. I don’t understand how I was booked and confirmed for 90 minutes yet was only serviced for 40 minutes. It’s not my fault that the tech did not speak English. I would have thought the booking info would suffice.

I recently was there for a head massage and spa treatment, I have textured hair & let me say it was devine. The masseuse was kind & gentle. they do advertise that they do the spa on textured hair, will say that they do not know anything about textured hair or how to treat it differently. So be wary of leaving with really knotted & dry hair. I would attend again as long as I (unfortunately) brought my own hair tools to do my hair afterwards. PLEASE Calla, please do more research on how to care for textured hair before offering it as a service you provide. Otherwise it was a lovely experience.

$94 for a pedicure is ridiculous. I can get a mani & a pedi elsewhere for that cost. The quality wasn't great either. The biggest issue for me was the language barrier. My tech and everyone else, including the person who appeared to be the manager, spoke no English. Zero. Going to nail salons you expect a little barrier but this was extremely detrimental to the pedicure. They could not even understand that I wanted gel vs normal or a simple question asking when they opened (newer shop). I most definitely won't be back. Forgot to add: When walking inside I was smacked in the face with electrical cords from decorative lights. They had fallen from the ceiling and were hanging in front of the door. They saw this yet did not fix it for the 90 minutes I was there.

Pretty good service since according to the review and research still brand new around this area. Customer service is a 5, but not the force gratuity tip (talk about Asian people with their slide of hands trick since my friend was going to tip) for 170 (x2) 90 minute session with two people. This is my honest review.
Anymore complaint like this your better business bureau probably will do their job.

Got my nails done here 10 days ago and had a terrible time. Got dip with daisy designs no extensions. The tech had little to no experience and was not supervised. I left cuts on most of my fingers. Had to re dip multiple nails because he did not apply the drying liquid to some. He was very nice and nervous so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Paid 80 dollars for a hack job and decided not to be angry and give grace. Now 10 days later my nails are chipping off and need to spend another 80 dollars to get them redone. I will never go back to this place.

I’I’ve been in the area since November and finally found (what I thought) was a great place. The people that started off doing my pedi and nails are no longer there. The told my my nail tech (Ryan) was going to be gone for 3weeks. So the suggested Peter. Worse nails ever my nail chipped as soon as I made it to work. The offers to fix it, however before I could make it back 2 more broke. I don’t even work with my hands so I’m wondering how. I go and get a pedicure and the paint job is very sloppy. He nicked me and I started bleeding and he didn’t even say anything. It wasn’t until I left I saw the blood on top of my polish. Guess it’s time to look for another place. I hope they bring Tina and Ryan back as this place was convenient for me because I live close.
