I recently moved to Fishers for a new job and was feeling quite anxious about the move and the city itself. Choosing Bella Vista was the best decision I could have made. They played a huge role in helping me find the perfect apartment that met all my needs and made the transition as smooth as possible. A big thank you to Christian and the front office team for addressing my requests promptly and ensuring that my family and I are comfortable. Kudos to you all!

Lena was so helpful, we toured the apartments with her. She explained us each and everything with all the details, gave a good amount of time for showing the units. I recommend to everyone who is looking for renting Bella Vista apartments.
Thanks for you support Lena.

I moved here about two months ago and the apartment is very nice. For people that are looking to move here, just know that all payments will go towards your credit (missed/paid). I wasn’t aware of that prior to moving in. I got a notification that the property was on my credit report one day. Also, they can add charges to your rent. So just a heads up, rent is not a set price. The price can go up depending on water usage and other factors. I noticed some other charges toward my rent that I am still trying to get clarification on from the property manager for this month. I got a water charge and a water admin fee added to my rent this month, sewer fees, more admin fees.
Everyone is required to have renter’s insurance here. I opened a policy for this reason and submitted my paperwork to property management before moving in. I’ve been getting letters and emails saying that I do not have a policy, so after calling the leasing office, the gentleman said he wasn’t sure what was going on. This month I found out that they have opened a renter’s insurance policy in my name and added it to my rent. I don’t like that at all.
UPDATE: Also, I am experiencing a really bad issue with house centipedes. I live on the 2nd floor. I’ve had property management spray but they are still appearing, especially in my master bedroom. I’m killing about 2 a week. I killed one crawling on my baby’s bassinet. I also had one crawl into my bed. It’s really bothersome. Hopefully by buying my own personal indoor pest control spray the issue will resolve itself.

Bella Vista is a nice well maintained property. The leasing staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Bella Vista! The management team is always responsive and friendly, the maintenance staff is efficient and quick to address any issues, and the amenities are top-notch. The grounds are well-maintained, and the location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and public transportation. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I like that it’s a relatively quiet complex. I wish they offered some type of covered parking since they don’t have a lot of garages to rent.

We were initially upset at our apartments, but upon additional information, and weeks of complaining, we have been working with the manager to improve our living here at Bella Vista, due to our loud upstairs neighbor(s) we are in the process of moving to the third floor to have a more relaxed and restful atmosphere. Thanks, Christian!

UPDATE: I’m updating my rating due to a recent issue that the property manager Christian worked hard to resolve and finally came to a perfect resolution. They’re also trying to remedy the randoms at the pool / grilling area by having a pool monitor check pool resident cards and she’s doing a fantastic job! I also heard the grills will be replaced but not until next year, either way happy to hear that! Hopefully things continue to improve!
I was holding off for so long to write this review and was hoping I’d be long gone before I did, but tonight my boyfriend and I had enough of this place. We planned to grill tonight and of course the grill wasn’t working. The couple next to us trying to grill also had issues, and we’ve had other tenants complain while grilling at the pool yet the property manager says they work just fine lol! You literally and I mean LITERALLY have use a screwdriver to turn the grills on because the knobs fall off!! Not to mention the grills are nasty as hell. My boyfriend and I have had issues with this place from the day we moved in. One thing I’m not able to mention because I signed a contract with their valet trash co. Loud neighbors, kids running up and down the hallways, dirty carpet in the hallway, trash compactor with broken beer bottles and trash lying around everywhere. They control your AC so our apartment stays at a constant uncomfortable 75 and you know how Indiana weather is, it changes in an instant! Mediocre appliances, the floors are cheap plank and always look dirty. GHETTO activity at the pool area late in the evening. Section 8 apartments are conveniently located right down the road so you’ll run into some interesting characters at the pool / grill area. Maintenance even confirmed there are people that don’t even live here using the pool and grills. The apartments solution is a pool card which changes absolutely nothing. Perhaps put the same kind of lock that is on our doors on the gate to the pool that’s only given out to residents?!! The gym is like a sauna and the heat is constantly being turned on. For some reason they can’t understand heat doesn’t need to be on in a WORKOUT AREA! I came from an apartment in Carmel so I expect higher standards, and can’t wait until I move back! This place is far from luxury, and definitely not worth almost 2 k a month! Avoid it at all costs and move to a more desirable area with good management, amenities that you can actually enjoy because this place isn’t it! Welcome to Indianapolis 2.0!

The complex was very clean and put together. The apartment I toured was spacious and had a really nice flow. I loved the door lock and thermostat controls on the phone!

Do yourself a favor and dont move in! staff will be amazing and even offer you a concession to move in , just to take your deposit and add extra charges when you move out . Not to mention, the awful attitude from the property manager Christian . Good luck trying to talk to him ?? My lease expires on April 8 and I agreed with Christian that I will need to travel before that, however, I will STILL pay till April 08 to fulfill my lease. To my surprise, he moved me out of the system before April 08, reversed my concession , took my deposit and added charges including fixing a bathtub that was never used!( 2 bath unit)! How ridiculous and again, property manager (Christian) will never pick a call or meet you if you step into the leasing office, always hiding in his little office in the corner.

Pictures does not do it any justice. When you walk into the lobby it’s breath taking. I was greeted with the upmost respect and appreciation, just to walk through the doors! Elena was the best, when she offered the tour. We had a lot of fun. Every question was answered. The model, I just wanted to move in. Amenities are wonderful.
It’s also in a great community. I hope this will be my new home.
