Not really the store itself but rather their automated call answering system. Instead of getting a real person you are made to jump through 10 minutes of endless loops including their ads for their other services. Whatever stupid chat bot they are using to answer the calls only seems to understand what I say 40% of the time.
Next time I have to visit my doctor to renew my prescriptions, they will be sent somewhere else and I have no intention to set foot in any of your stores as your prices on non-prescription items are usually higher than the local C-stores.

I shop at this local CVS a lot and unfortunately this recent trip was NOT good due to the manager on duty. The cashier was excellent, Lorna, but the manager on duty, Damion, was awful. I pointed out that they ran out of a product that I needed four of and I found that there was more of it that was identical in every way other than the color of the bottle and the UPC number, but was 70 cents more. The cashier and I checked the bottles over repeatedly and found no differences. I asked if he could do a price override. He had no personality, no customer service skills, and only said he was “not willing to do it because it would mess up their ordering”. I was checking out over $400 of products! I asked him if he could find any differences other that the one bottle was blue versus the other was orange and the different UPC numbers and after inspection, he just walked away and repeated that he was not changing the price. He never even said he was sorry. He was so rude! The cashier was shocked at how he treated me and she apologized repeatedly. As a regular customer there, I nearly walked away from my order, but I needed the products and we live in a small town that does not have many stores available at that time of day. I was frustrated that he acted the way he did. If he is working in the future, I will not shop.

Chris the pharmacist was a huge help getting me a prescription they didn’t have in stock, late on Friday evening. Contacted several local CVS’s until he found it for me. Was able to pick it up early Saturday at Jasper. Thank you for the great customer service!

I like this CVS. I have always had helpful friendly service here. I can usually find what I need in stock and many times come out with good deals ! The card savings add up to some pretty good discounts and dollars off my next shopping trip. Not sure why this place only has a one star review.
