I have never had a problem with my packages until today that started that my package was delivered yes it was but I happen to look next door and my packages was on the neighbors porch not mine. They need to pay attention to the address before you leave a person stuff just anywhere. Not a happy person.

This is the 3rd day in a row that ups has says I'm not here to receive a delivery and I've been here the whole time.
There's no phone number to call. No way to receive my package. This is unacceptable.

Access point pick up is garbage!
Why am I running across town for a package I never wanted a signature for only to find out it will be ready the next day! Thanks for wasting my time!
The note I was left didn’t say when it would be ready for pick up and the email didn’t say where it was even!

Couldn’t deliver my package because of an “incorrect address” never had this issue. Out of all the packages I’ve had delivered ups is the one to mess up by saying the incorrect address or the street is missing. Pay attention

Great place to send packages. Prices are less than USPS. It was quick and easy. They have packing supplies (boxes and envelopes) to purchase at very reasonable prices.

I am trying to receive a package that requires a signature from UPS. I work day shift and ups will not let me make any changes to delivery without a '"My choice"account and my choice says there is alrea6an account registered to this address. They are scheduled to return Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 I told them I will not be home until 4:00 tried to get the mychoice issue fixed and their tech support guy told me I had to find out who has my address linked to their account ànd ask the to remove it. I asked if the could go ahead and return to sender now so I can come up with another way to get it. I was told they will attempt delivery four more time before they will return it. In the future I will pay whatever extra I have to to make sure ups never makes another delivery to my address
