Absolute worse bank ever. I paid a loan off with first Midwest before this bank acquired the loan. They insist I have yet to pay off the loan incessant harassment ruined my credit even though I sent proof several times. No one cares enough to even look

From my experiences i usually have an easy time with good to great customer service now mind you all my experience here has been drive through , i have not herd to many great things about actually banking here with that in mind i havnt had first hand experience with that part but everything else leads me to believe its a good choice for local banking

Normally, don’t go to this branch go to the one on Green River Road. Went to do a deposit and cash a check. Lady in the drive-through was extremely rude. Apparently she can’t cash a check but the other location can do it weekly. Then she thought she could educate me that she’s been at the bank for 20 years. I didn’t know I was giving her an interview?

This is a great location for a bank. They have a lot of parking. They have two ATM locations in case there is a line at the ATM you should go right by the drive-thru window there is a alternative ATM location. That way you don't have to wait
