I just left Menards and I am very disappointed. There are no prices on items and no employees would help us. 3 employees were at the Customer Service desk talking. They said they would send someone to help, but none ever came to Lawn and Garden. I will go to Lowe’s for now on.

Visited today and left unhappy and unwilling to come back to this location. Customer service is everything and something they lacked today. Asked a man if there was someone to help me load some lawn edgers to which he replied “you only got 20.” So I’m currently sitting out here typing out this review before I load them myself.

The day of mega store’s offering little to no customer service is coming to an end.
Why spend half an hour trying to find help.
NOTE: customer service has gotten even worse here since my last visit. No sure what the hiring standards or agenda is here, but it’s not working! If this is company wide, i’ll be surprised if they stua in business.
When you can simply buy online. Or from a local hardware store.

Bought an air conditioner here that doesn't work, and they won't take it back. Everyone that works here was EXTREMELY rude about it. This place is a scam!

I had a great experience at Menards in Evansville. Staff were informed, friendly and offered great gardening advice. Thanks to Ava for advising me on watering my new indoor plant, and helping me find the best storage and hanging solutions for my home. Will be back!

Like the hardware displays. Easy to select siding, shingles, etc. Garden center is nice, some furniture and food.

If you are just loading your laundry soap....dont park in the freaking loading zone.vThen I come here ALOT.......went to go buy some plants and 90 percent were literally dying. I tell an associate and just got told it's not their problem......smh

I bought a Christmas tree from Mernards and the young man that helpedme load it was mad about helping I guess and rude. I have never experienced that before at Mernards.

This store sucks. Front end manager is too young and rude for her position. Told store GM about our experience with the front end manager and we feel it fell on deaf ears. Will never shop at this store again. Doesn't even deserve the one star. Go to Home Depot or Lowes Evansville
