The branch located in 4550 N First Ave. in Evansville has too little to offer to its customers.The lack of quality in their attendants sense of service push me away from visiting this location any more.I appreciate the bank opportunity to have an account with them however this particular branch makes me consider to look for other alternatives after the poor service provided in my last three visits.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a bank. In my life, these people are so shady. They will deposit your checks and not give you your funds for days. At a time, they do not cash any third party checks. Without a crazy fee this place is full of scammers

The employees are always so helpful and quick to assist with any questions or concerns I have. I have had the pleasure of Marina handling my accounts and she is Always top notch with everything!

I went to deposit a 5/3 Bank issued check (!!!) to the ATM, and it was rejected because something was wrong with the check (!!!). I did better banking in New York with Citi Bank in 1986 than with this primitive bank in 2021.

I love fifth third bank on 1st avenue Amy is the best. She helps watch my account and gives me advice when I need it. I will be a forever customer good job
