I own a 2012 Ford Focus that I have had in the shop several times and have spent a small fortune over the years with D-Patrick. I completely understand that cars break down and need service, so I don't mind paying for service when the car is fixed. The problem is, the car doesn't work. It is experiencing delayed shifting between 1st and 2nd gear, which essentially makes it undrivable. My husband spoke with Cole (service manager, I think) a couple of weeks ago. He was supposed to maybe send someone to get it, but we have not heard back from him despite several calls and voice mails. I have loyally used D-Patrick to work on our vehicles and have never had a problem, but this time I feel as if they are avoiding our problem.

Janna was extremely helpful, and pleasant to work with. I’m not a social person and cannot stand the haggle and crap most sales professionals do! (I understand that some people like the event and all that comes with it) she read the room so to speak, understood that I just needed a truck, showed me what I wanted, and got me in and out the door in four hours total!! Awesome experience and highly recommend asking for Janna!! (She offers a $50 gift card for referrals, but if you say that you read this review, please tell her that I said that she can keep the card and do something nice for herself)

Seen a video of Employees ripping off someone's bumper and place of business has ignored and blocked all her comments on their Facebook page. Damages not fixed

I went in to get a trade in value on my car and look at some other options, it was all fine until the test drive the manager of D-Patrick ford took. As he pulled in he went to far and put the entire front bumper onto the concrete block and proceeds to back up and almost rip the entire front bumper off. The picture is from the dash cam footage right after it happened. He then wants to blame it on me for not having clips on the front. There were clips until they were ripped off by this maneuver. The front bumper was only originally missing a 2 out of the 8 clips on the right side, it is now missing 5 out of the 7 or 8 on the right side alone, no telling how many the left side is missing now. The salesman Steve Eccleston was wonderful and super kind throughout the entire interaction. He was able to show me several vehicles and went out of his way to be super helpful.

I would highly recommend asking for Janna Heneisen at DPatrick. She is very knowledgeable of the vehicles she sells, and if she doesn't know something, she will work to find out. We very much appreciated how hard she worked to get us the best deal possible on our new vehicle.

I showed up looking for a good used car, and Steve, my salesman, was very helpful in finding the right car. Flynn, the sales manager, made sure that the car would be touched up and taken care of. Henry, the finance manager, was very helpful in explaining my options for the warranty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
