Horrible experience… will try to convince my management to stay away from this company. We are out of jasper and an employee from central that comes up here on the regular decided it would be okay to curse and use vulgar language toward one of our employees because of damaged freight and go on without apologizing. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had it set up for pick up and they never showed twice. Kept putting me off and not giving me straight answers. Lying ? to me. So to keep buyer happy. I delivered it to them myself at their dock

We are a repair facility Caudill’s Diesel in Henderson Ky and we provided a repair on tractor unit#200536. The bill was only 74.20 our book keeper tried to collect payment and they just kept saying they never got in time and they are not going to pay the bill. Matthew Hart is a very cold individual and I’m glad he’s not working for our company. Heads up for other repair facilities out there!! Hold the truck until payment just FYI!!!
