The staff in the store are very knowledgeable and friendly but beware of the installation.Our installation was delayed due to shipping, then once arrived there were damaged boxes of product. Once the installation started we had three different installation crews over two weeks on what was quoted as a two-day job. These were both items outside of the control of BK and understandable.They did agree to discount our invoice $100 and even included flooring the closet under the stairs on the ground floor with excess material for our inconvenience.During the installation, they pulled the carpet from the upstairs while leaving the tack strips down including in front of my son's door.Post-installation we are left with multiple spots where you can see the subfloor due to poor transitions as well as mismatched quarter round due to running out mid-installation.If you choose to go with BK I hope you have better results. Again the staff was friendly but the experience was terrible and the work was not satisfactory.

Best store in Evansville for flooring and carpeting. Very knowledgeable and expert staff. Lisa is the best! Had new carpet and flooring installed in my house 2 years ago and I returned for more of their great service to have them install new flooring and carpet at my Mom's house.

Ordered carpet was supposed to be in on a certain day, but it didn't show up. No one cared to call. When I call the store to see what is going on the lady that answered the phone said to me "I hope you know this is 2021" this was her way of excusing the product not being delivered on time. When I told her that I was offended by her commit she said, it's the truth. Then I am told my installation is scheduled for Saturday. I said "WOW, how is that since no one called us to set it up." Then I asked what time Saturday and she couldn't give a time, only said they start later than weekdays. So for the sarcastic comments, lack of communication I went to the store to cancel my order and get a refund. The owner of the store didn't say sorry about someone not calling you or sorry about the employee's sarcastic remark to me, all he said was there will be a restocking fee. I looked at him and said what his employee said, oh you do know this is 2021, you don't have the carpet, and you can't guarantee it will be here Thursday, so I wasn't paying any restocking fee. The owner refunded our money and didn't say a word. They may be great for others, but the customer service I received wasn't good.

We had a great experience with BK! Their staff are very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The entire process went smoothly and our new vinyl floors are beautiful! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

LIsa was a big help in stone backsplash for my kitchen and then I had her help with stone around my master shower and new flooring for master bath. She gave me options to pick from and I am happy with kitchen and master bath. Thank u Lisa

I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. When I started this it was between Greer flooring and BK. I am so sorry I didn't go with Greer. When they finally finished after so many times changing the dates it still isn't right. I am so fed up with what they call customer service ,,which doesn't exist. If you want a job well done don't hire BK

The install was pretty good. They did not finish the install. They did not run the tile all the way to the wall causing us to install a trim strip that was not going to be put down. They were supposed to come back and finish the job and never returned. I contacted the store several times with no results.

Great experience with BL Flooring. Lisa Rush took great care of us! We totally gutted a condo for our parents and needed quality flooring. Lisa was prompt to measure, provide guidance, order and install. This making our experience throughout process wonderful! Thx Lisa and BK Flooring!!!!
