My windshield wiper had quit working on Saturday morning when it was poring down rain. I stopped at this Auto Zone and the very nice man fixed my windshield wiper in about tens minutes and would not take any money for his kindness. I thanked him and was very happy that there are still nice people in the world.

Fantastic guys here !!! My son is a student at USI and he went by because his brake light came on before he had to drive home for the weekend. They immediately helped him check the brake fluid. Showed him what kind he needed and helped him fill it. They were helping another college girl there at the same time. They were SO nice and extremely knowledgeable. I'm gonna send my son there from now on for any vehicle needs.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Every time me or a friend goes we get greeted with slight rudeness and a sense of us as customers being an inconvenience to them. Especially towards people who they think might not know everything, they will 100% try to get you to buy a part that you don't need at all. This is not just my opinion, but a collective opinion from me and a bunch of close friends who USED to be regulars. While they might be knowledgeable in automotive parts, they simply do not do right by the customer both physically with your parts, and figuratively with the way they talk/treat you.
EDIT: This morning I passed AutoZone and their delivery driver cut me off real fast and I'm pretty sure it messed up my brakes I had to slam on the brakes so hard. Then, as I'm driving behind him he swerves across the road, only to turn into the other side of the road into Lucas oil. These guys never cease to amaze me. 0 stars

I pulled in the store and Nick checked my battery which was bad. He got the correct one for my F150 and even came out and installed it. Nick was awesome and did a great job!

Was able to cross reference and order a sparkplug for my pressure washer that nobody else could. Took the time to research until he found it and that was appreciated. Had it in a couple of days.

Jason D. and Kaleb S. are amazing!!!!! They both went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! They could and should get a raise they definitely deserve it!!! You don't find very many people these days that would do what they do to help customers!!!! Best customer service ever!!!
