i have always loved xfinity’s service, but even more, i love bailey. he is good with every single customer, and he has a lot of patience. switch to xfinity because of bailey :) i’m his girlfriend btw ! oh, and he is very cute!

Hailey was fantastic to work with, she resolved our situation in ten minutes or less. Super helpful, very clear with what to do, and went the extra steps to make sure we were satisfied with our visit!

Bailey, at this location, is one of the greatest representatives that we could ever have to deal with! He made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything and understood everything before we even left!! I will most definitely keep going to this store if need be!!!

Being dealing with customer service over the phone for a week about my bill and was getting know where. Went into the store Sunday and Haylie and Alex helped me out in 10 minutes granted the issue is still happening they eased my mind by helping me out

I closed my comcast account November 2022, with a zero balance. Had to pay $50 multiple times & asked to close my account multiple times after paying $50 each time! WITH CONFIRMATION CODES!! Ive been fighting them for months about my account being closed and not even having a router or Wi-Fi access in my home. And now comcast hit collections on my credit and I am furious!

Had a great experience in the store when I picked up my modem that I ordered. However when I got home and opened the box, which was sealed, the modem had what looked like blood splatter on it and the are bugs it the holes on the top of it. Of course you can't talk to an actual human being when you call. So I'll be taking this back to the store and requesting a new one.

Get EVERYTHING in writing from them. NEVER trust what they tell you on the phone. Be prepared to be overcharged regularly and waste hours in automated loops trying to find somebody who MAY correct your overcharges. This company has its terrible reputation for a reason.

I have internet service with Xfinity through Comcast, it wasn't by my selected; I had no other alternative. In the beginning of my services, everything was going well until the last three months. I had not services. I thought was having problems due to the wind storms. Nah, that was not the problem. They did an upgrade and left me with the old modem. No big deal. No problem. The woman from customer service offered to compt me a month's free service. She wowed me. I was like, " Awesome " everything is up and running and they were going to credit my account. Not think about my internet bill, I check my account, and I saw where they charged me for 2 months out of my account. They lied to me. Where are you AT&T? I need you.
