Jaclyn B. was absolutely amazing. Had an issue with my bill, and she went above and beyond to get it straightened out. Saving me a lot of $$$$. Thank you T-Mobile for Jaclyn and the 611 operator that helped us solve this issue. You need more employees like her.She was also able to help me with some tech support.

Jackie was great. Part of the process for setting up a new phone includes a very tedious process of gathering data. It’s very boring and can make the transaction go from fun and jovial to dry and quiet pretty quickly. In my particular scenario, I had to keep going to and from the store because I was having major technical difficulties and it seemed like every road block that could be put in place (my cc is on my apple wallet, my wallet is on my phone, my phone is broken and the screen does nothing, so I couldn’t pay for a new phone with the old phone) was put in place. Jackie was very sympathetic. I understand that she had no incentive to make replacing a broken phone as difficult as possible. Instead, she made it pleasant by being pleasant and relating to me on a personal level. This was not a fun experience, but after some finagling with payment options (ie, paying a balance off online) I was able to opt for a new iPhone. Unfortunately, the broken screen of the old phone came back to haunt us again and we had to work extra hard to get the phone activated (Jackie and her co-worker, whose name alludes me, stayed a half an hour past their shift to help me). These guys are good and they want to do a good job. They have a lot of numbers, figures, sales promos and taxes to track. They can’t always be 100% accurate on exactly how much everything costs but they try. I’m thankful for the experience and wish them the best. (Also, when purchasing a phone, it is much better to do it in the store than online.)

So glad I switched! I'd been with another cell company for years and had been having a lot of problems. I heard they were having some really good promotions so I went in and checked it out. Jaclyn was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. She went over many different ways to try to save me money. By the time I left I had switched all my lines over, got all new phones, and switched to their Internet. I'm going to be saving around $200 a month. I've had the cell service and Internet for about 3 weeks now and no problems. I would recommend anyone I know to go in and see Jaclyn. You won't be disappointed!

I stopped at this store today shortly after leaving work, and I understand that they were closing in a matter of 10 minutes but I intended to make this a quick purchase. I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro, the small one, and a new iwatch and a new case. I was not going to trade in my 13. The ladies sitting in the desk very quickly told me that they closed in 10 minutes and at that second I stopped asking questions. One should not have to beg to spend money. This is the only time of the day I had available to buy what I wanted. They were dry and short worded. The new guy did apologize to me and said that if he wasn’t new he would have helped me. I walked out and as I did one of the girls said I should make an appointment. That hit a nerve. Needles to say their customer service is awful. Thanks.

Was going to return to T-Mobile but after my experience at this store, I will not. I had a T-Mobile phone that I wanted to use as a prepaid. Called customer service they told me the device could be used as soon. Went to this store, purchased the 60$ plan and a sim. They didn’t check to make sure my phone worked or anything. Just told me to restart the device and it should work. I went out to my car and restarted device and it didn’t work. I called customer service and they have no clue why phone wouldn’t leave SOS mode. I told customer service I would like my money back and they told me I would have to take it up with the store. For days now I have been trying to get a refund. I’ve talked to multiple t mobile customer service representatives who ALL said I’m entitled to a refund. And the store manager won’t give me one because she said, and I quote “we don’t give refunds, I’ve worked her for 2 years and never gave one before”. I was literally on the phone with t mobile customer service and they are asking the woman why she can’t give me a refund and they want to speak to her supervisor. To which, of course her supervisor wasn’t there. How rich? LolSo she then told T-Mobile she would email her supervisor and told me to call the store later. I called her the next day and she told me her supervisor said no refunds because it’s prepaid. EVEN THOUGH T-MOBILE PRE PAID IS TELLING YOU THAT IM ENTITLED TO ONE BECAUSE THEY CAN SEE I HAVENT USED NO CALLING OR DATA. So I go down there again yesterday with T-Mobile on the phone AGAIN. And this lady is once again refusing. T-Mobile wants to speak to her supervisor again who is once again not there. I asked for supers number. “We can’t give that out”. I said well do your job then because your company is telling you the policy and you aren’t listening.??? Lol. At this point the lady then gets loud with me and claims I’m the one arguing with her. I then left the store the same T-Mobile customer service guy I was on the phone with then called me back and apologized for that store managers poor behavior and said that’s not how they want their customers treated. He heard everything, from the way she talked to me all the way down to not following tmobiles policies. He then told me he will be escalating the store. This store needs new management and fast. I was gonna come back to T-Mobile but not after that. That was 60 bucks that wasn’t even utilized. I could have spent on gas, food for my kids. Instead I argued with a grown child and wasted my time and gas. Customer service said call back in 2-3 days to see if the followed their policy. If not, I guess I will have to reach out to connectivity source…

Tosha told us we got a free iPhone 14 upgrade as new customers with a trade-in. We trusted her knowing what she was talking about. Turns out it was not free. I would like to think she didn't lie on purpose, but her ignorance of the promo is still a big problem. We did not need an upgrade. We are now on the hook for an extra $21 a month for two years that we should not be paying. Make sure you read the terms yourself and don't trust what they tell you.
