I thought I would give this place another chance, but both times I went in within the past week, the guy by the food was super rude. Also, they never have liver or gizzards as advertised, and I think they serve old food... The bacon sandwich I had seemed about a week old.

should be a zero star.... car stopped working (2018 ford escape) after filling up.... water in gas?????? how can i rectify this and hold them responsible?ABC/57...OSCEOLA, Ind. --- All of us love drinking water every single day, but one thing we don’t love seeing it mixed into our fuel tanks. That's what some customers found after taking a trip to Smith’s in Osceola after filling up their tank last Friday.

So stopped here to fill up 6/26/2021 drove home (jimtown) tried to start car 6/27/2021 and car would not start...turns over but will not start.... now i see people are claiming water in the gas....who will pay for the repairs???? absolutely ridiculous that you can't trust your gas to be just that...GAS...NEVER GO HERE!!!

I actually only stopped here for gas (I wasn't happy about it because this is not my go to place) and got a surprise I wasn't expecting. This is my go to stop after work for now on. The food is awesome. The chicken strips are delicious!! I grabbed biscuits and gravy for my husband while I was there just to try, he said it taste homemade. They have new drinks and candy out that my old go to don't even have yet. The guy at the counter is supper nice. We came in and they didn't have any chicken strips ready and he had the cook (yes they actually have a guy just for cooking) make them fresh for us. My only concern is going broke because they have a lot of different little things inside lol

The staff here is always so rude. I'd gladly drive on to the next gas station. Everytime I shop here I leave angry! They're indian and talk to you like your garbage. The new white lady is even worse.

Cashier is unable to know how to say thank you in English and would rather talk on his phone than to his paying customers. If you are like me and would like good customer service, i'd highly recommend avoiding this place.
