The experience at this store has been great. We also pressure tested our initial purchase and replaced within the time frame. Both times the interactions were great and would recommend.
The only issue we had(not directly related to the store or mattressfirm) is the financial assistance through Synchrony bank. The payment process with synchrony SUCKS big time, always returned payments with no reason, charging return fees on top of that. Their updates on website are slower and they promise things will be fixed, next thing they charge more. This experience alone is very negative and turns away potential customers. Mattressfirm should rethink Synchrony being thier financial partners if they want more business. The matress and adjustable bed frame itself is great, along with the customer experience, but we would hesitate going in here if their financial partners are Synchrony.

My husband and I recently got married and we've been on the hunt of finding the right mattress. Sleep is very crucial for us both given our work schedules and the kind of jobs we have. We both agreed that the one thing we were going to invest in was a bed. We stopped by Mattress Firm last night and met Alessandro. He was great of explaining the difference of beds, shared his personal experience, and encouraged us to choose what is best for us. We thought we were going to just see mattresses last night, but Alessandro sold us an amazing package deal. We celebrated by eating at Wings Etc and we are SO thrilled to finally have a bed that we can finally sleep on. No hate on the air mattress, but it's time to move up. We highly recommend for anyone to stop in at this location and talk with Alessandro (:

My son and I met Tasha first thing. I'm not social generally but Tasha was very easy for me to relate with. The more I listened the more comfortable I became. My son was able to try several mattresses while she kept track of what he liked and didn't. She was able to give him choices that helped him select the bedding and option best for him. She was professional very knowledgeable of all the store offers.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Came to get a certain model bed frame and employee suggested a better one for alittle more and local. The other store employee was friendly and helped me get the frame into my vehicle. Highly recommended

After researching online we thought we knew what we wanted but Tasha showed us some other things that were actually much better suited to our needs and was very patient explained things several times and got us some great discounts and we could not be more excited to get our new beds and adjustable bases.

Tasha was very helpful and made sure she offered multiple choices that fit the range I was looking in including the lower end. She was very knowledgeable about different products and how I may benefit from them.
