Hands down the best experience ever. Great people that are terrific at the job they do. Shaun is the best I've ever seen but continues to exceed expectations. This team deserves nothing but the best

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Nothing's ever ready! People act like they know nothing about how to do their JOB!! Such as to call the doctor's office to verify something or to call a insurance company to get something pushed through or to ask or get questions answered or how to even answer there own phone there in the pharmacy!!! NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!! WORST EVER!!

Absolutely love this store. Martins has always done good and right by the local community. The new stores in Elkhart are great and the bbq addition to the deli's are wonderful.

Just purchased 90 % ground beef this morning. My wife opened the 2# package and found brown meat wrapped with fresh red meat for $6.00 a pound. Not the first time this has happened. Martins told my wife, in the past, that air must have penetrated the center of a 2# package of packed meat. I am not sure this explanation is believeable.

I am a stroke patient who can walk but only a few yards without a scooter. I just moved back to Elkhart after living in Atlanta for the past 45 years. In the past week I have been to the Bristol St. store three times. Each time there were several scooters and none were charged up. In fact I arrived there on Sunday morning last week and all 5 scooters were available and none were working. I just went again today Of the three that were there, a sign was on two of them that said charging but were not plugged in. I needed some things badly so I walked with a regular cart but it is all I can do to walk the isles and I won't do it again. It is a wonderful store and compares well with my Publix stores in Atlanta. But, until this obvious serious problem is rectified, I'll need to go elsewhere.
