Prices are excellent, but the staff except for a tech named Kayla are rude, ignore problems with the email system. All my meds are written (emailed) for 90 days. Never has the pharmacist got it right. They read the prescriptions they way THAY want to fill them. We as patients don’t even have the luxury of getting a written script anymore. So who is lying? Well not my doctor of 15 years!!! Shame on the pharmacist that I talked to today. This person didn’t have the time or even understanding to want to help! It’s their way or no way!!! The star is for Kayla the tech ONLY! Otherwise this pharmacy gets ZERO STARS!

The staff at this Pharmacy is amazing. They have gone above & beyond to make sure prescriptions were filled for my mom in a timely manner. Every staff member I've met has been kind and gracious. Highly recommend working with this team.

I made an online order at 5:31 p.m. I get confirmation through out the trip that Amber B. Was replacing items. At 8:47 p.m. Amber B has checked out my groceries never arrived. Kroger can only give me a $75 inconvenience deal. Even though I spent over $275 on food. Now I have an event tomorrow with no food and no money to cover the funds they took out to support my family. 3-5 business days that will start Monday because only big owners work Monday -Fridays! I can't afford to be out of the money I use to pay for my job to lose a job I spent money on to host to buy food for my family! Thanks Kroger thank you for the $75 credit for a meat and cheese tray

If I could give zero stars i would.
Prescription written and required on December 22. They told me they cannot fill it until (MAYBE) December 28. Due to a contract signed for this prescription via my doctor's office (that cannot be amended until my next appointment) I cannot have the electronic script sent anywhere else to be filled. Here I am waiting a week for my mental health medication bc they "cannot order any more pills this month."
Why should I have to wait bc the pharmacy can only order a certain number of pills per month? How is that ethically okay?

I like the hillbilly\ rural funky vibe of this place. Think its much better tge the town and country location which is straight poverty. The staff here is polite, they have special areas for discontinued items, and in general are a decent store.
