“I was able to get 2 keys cut correctly, a hanger for a purse (which I've been looking for everywhere, the wrist key bracelet so hopefully the new door keys don't get lost again. I asked about a "pink colored" light bulb and the lady working said if it wasn't what I wanted that they would refund my money. I'll be back for it. I asked about something to hold a rug in place and she gave me many options.”

“We go above and beyond for customers. if your appliance does not work that is the fault of the manufacturer NOT Lowes.... if your install was bad, again not Lowes fault that would be your installer. if you have been waiting on an appliance to come in , that would be the distributor NOT Lowes. get it together people !!!”
“This Ace Hardware is a great place to go for service. Recently I purchased a Craftsman lawn trailer. It had to be ordered and Carrie, the clerk who assisted me, found that there was only one left in the warehouse. The computer gave her some difficulty but she persisted and made sure I got that last one. She notified me the day it arrived and when I picked it up she made sure my Ace Rewards coupon was redeemed properly and made sure the trailer was quickly loaded onto my truck. I've received great service from the other clerks but in this instance Carrie really stood out.”

“I was at the Lowes Elkhart store yesterday and asked whether there was some kind of spray or treatment for patio cushions to deter critters. We have a lot of animal life and were leery of leaving patio cushions out. The garden dept. manager Mark came out, explained the store did not yet have a product like that currently in stock but he explained where to find it, how the outdoor section would be set up in a few weeks. He took real time to explain to a low-tech customer (me) not only about their products, but a little about how they reset for different seasons. It's nice to be treated like a human being instead of a "quick survey" taker. Mark is outstanding and rare in retail. Attentiveness has all but vanished in retail, but Mark is Old School straight-shooter customer service at its individualized best. Give him a raise.”
