What happened was I withdrawal $200 from atm handed her that amount told her to give 60 of that back me not counting it is where I messed up at my total was 129.99 I walked to my vehicle counted my money math not mathing because I had 50.01

In the past I would not have given a very good review due to the staff being less than efficient, causing extended waiting for my vaccines. However today, the pharmacist named Rehan, immediately greeted me, prepared the vaccines and administered them to me in a very timely manner. I hope he's there the next time I go for vaccines!!!!

Homiest CVS I’ve ever been to in my whole life! The manager and cashier were a delight to me and to other customers, acting like (in the manager’s words) “sisters in the Lord.” Even the bathroom was full of encouraging signs - new to me for a pharmacy. May the Lord bless this CVS!

rudest place ever. they people at the pharmacy especially; have no energy are so rude no english speakers and never have our prescription ready. id rather go to walgreens right across the street. don’t go here

The pharmacist I experienced was completely unprofessional, intrusive, and rude. He is a tall, lean middle aged white man with blue eyes.My mother had surgery and I went in for the prescription as she was in a lot of pain. There was a lot of back and forth and miscommunication from the hospital and the pharmacy which I do not blame on him. He did however have a habit of speaking very loudly about my mothers Information and would not stop insinuating that I or my mother were abusing the pain medication. We had been to the hospital twice, and had all the proper documentation from her doctor and surgeon.This lack of ethics and privacy was infuriating and frankly quite embarrassing! There was a long line of people who were looking at me as if I was a junkie. The pharmacist was relentless and was stalling until I told him what exactly was going on with my mother. I should not have to do this.

By far the worst pharmacy in the area. It's obvious as evidenced by other reviews that people have left as well as lack of cars in the parking lot. I went in to get my child his covid vaccine and was given a complete runaround by the rudest pharmacist. There is zero empathy that I was trying to get my child vaccinated. I kind of already knew not to come to this pharmacy based upon reviews that even my doctor's office told me not to go to them but it was close to home so I tried. I walked across to Walgreens and they took care of me with no problem.

Didn't have any problems until now. No one answers phone. Had to get them to fill 2 prescription that were supposed to be filled. Have another one said can't be filled but I've had doctor resend 3 times. Drive through is not open which is a inconvenience. Thinking changing pharmacies!!!!

Been without my blood pressure and anxiety medicine for 2 weeks now. My blood pressure is extremely high and I can't get anyone to answer the phone, drive thru is closed, they shortened the pharmacy hours so now I can't go before or after work. I don't even know what to do at this point.

all this store has is bad reviews and the manager clearly doesn’t care. she doesn’t even pay people for working , so don’t recommend any to get a job here. no wonder they’re so low staffed. they should be shut down.

I've been going here for more than 20 years. There are staff members I absolutely love but lately they're dropping the ball. Extremely long waits... issues with their systems. I get there are problems but the waits for the pharmacy is ridiculous. Now to make matters worse they got a self check out at front even if a cashier is standing there they refuse to cash you out and direct you to the self check out. Did CVS and Walmart merge? If I wanted to use the self check out I would... which there is only one and the voice control on that thing is un-Godly loud. Now they have chairs all down an aisle cause they know if you stop for a script you may be waiting in line at least 20 to 30 minutes. I'm sorry to say of this streak continues I will definitely be leaving the store no matter how much I care about and respect some long time employees. Heck they probably wanna leave too. Is this place under new management or what??

Why is the franchise owner or corporate boss not at least answering phone calls at the Hively street cvs location in Elkhart, IN?I know the store itself is understaffed but if they have noone answering the phone noone can transfer their prescriptions to elsewhere. Drs cant call in. Customers can t get meds they need and standing in line with others is just increasing the spread of what ever virus or germs within the area are hanging around.Also cant they get a line number where customers can leave messages for pharmacy like please pull up my controlled substance adderall for me to get filed.
