The manager (Janet) was very rude to my husband who has been a customer for over 10 years. He was depositing a cashiers check and questioned why they placed a hold on it. The staff at the bank who issued that check (Lake City) were much friendlier and went out of their way to help him. The manager at Bristol Street Chase could have called and verified the cashiers check, but instead choose to treat him as if he was bringing in a fraudulent check when he went out of his way to have the bank issue him a cashiers check to avoid this.

As I was depositing money I had a line of about 3 people waiting behind me in the cold.. When I finished, one lady very rudely said “how about giving somebody else a chance”I kindly explained to her that the bank forced me to use the outside ATM or else they charge me a fee. I told her I was sorry but I already spoke with them and I’m being forced to use the ATM otherwise I’m charged for using the tellers or drive-thru. I asked her not to be mad at me but to be mad at the bank because I was only following their procedure.Chase bank forces me to use the ATM causing an inconvenience not only to me, but to their other patrons.

I Called Them To Ask If I Could Apply For An Account Online And The Lady On The Phone Kept Saying Urrr.... And Ummm.... And Then Hung Up Before I Had Time To Talk. 1 star.

Wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you expect to be out of there in under 20 minutes. The ATM is always broken and, although they are friendly, the tellers’ pace is lacking. Not sure if I’m just lucky but seems like I always get the person in training each time I go. Either way, I’d recommend waiting to do your banking till you can go to the downtown Elkhart or Mishawaka locations.

I like this bank. The people are very friendly and helpful. They have many options for banking from online to many branch locations, and convenient hours. As with most large banking institutions unfortunately, their fees are high and the interest paid on savings is low. Otherwise I recommend this bank.

This bank is frankly, amazing. This is a fact, and is do to one person. Daniel. Daniel is the best worker here, it could be a bias though because he my dad. He has hot chocolate in his office along with coffee. He also lets me draw in the back room from time to time. Thanks Dan. I love you.
