Her doctor called the script in, they didn't have enough for her!”

“Only place out of a few that are 24 hrs since covid-19 took one world by surprise and changed every thing about it. The pharmacy closes rather early now but apart from that if you get a hip in your hop and feel like getting out at 3 am because you're bored in Columbus Indiana, then cvs is open. 5 stars for the 24hr.”

“The staff a Walgreen's in Franklin is awesome! My allergies were TERRIBLE this year! I tried several different over the counter allergy pills and nothing helped! I went to the Walgreen's in Franklin and spent 15 minuets in the allergy isle reading boxes... I finally gave up and went over to the pharmacy for help. The lady there (Kelly) was so helpful! She explained why all of the allergy medications I tried weren't working (they didn't have a decongestant) and told me to try another product. I bought what she recommended and I am so glad I did!!! For the first time in weeks I can breath out of my nose and taste food! Thank you Kelly!”

“The pharmacist here is a total tool. To be fair, I realize the stressors of working in a pharmacy and his reason for disliking me, but he's too young, too rude and too unsophisticated for the position. He is targeting me because I recently dated his wife while they were "on a break" that she evidently didn't inform either of us of at the time, and since I've started using CVS, he's deleted my prescriptions, has lied to my doctors office and is rude everytime I call. I know not everyone will have this problem, and that he feels he has a "reason" to be prejudiced against me, but again, he's too immature to be in the position he's in. To use your position to postpone peoples medicine where their health is concerned is not only petty but dangerous. As an aside, I've never had any issue or problem with the other employees, they've always been wonderful, super professional, and polite and the store clean and efficient.”
