Went in to get Vapes and was told if it didn't work they would not switch the vape out for another one. Every Vape shop I've been too has always switched the vape out of it didn't work.

Says they close at 9 on Fridays, i guess the workers choose to close early instead of honoring their posted hours. This is a frequent thing they do

I bought "escobars" here they where a knock off of the escobars. Which are lighter a different color and give a weird smoke compared to the original. They should have a a labke on the box showing that they are certifed by escobar which these didnt. Don't roccomend buying escobars here.

Owner and his employees were very helpful, they have best delta selection in town. Got everything for a good deal, even my smokes were a couple bucks cheaper.

Asked the employer for recommendations from behind the counter for vapes that WERE SPECIFICALLY NOT menthol. He showed us or options and we bought two. Left and opened them in car and both were menthol. Walked right back in after being gone for only a few minutes. Explained they were menthol and he yelled back that we were wrong. Yelled. Would not refund our money. He recommended them!! Never been treated so rude. There are plenty of other smoke shops so think twice before spending a dime in this establishment.

Great customer service! Had an defect issue with a Caliburn G vape and they were willing to take care of the issue even through a no refund policy and I was immediately satisfied. The new Caliburn G worked perfectly and will return and recommend business!Store is also clean and well kept!Remember the core of success in a business IS customer service.

Quality CBD. The best CBD in the region. Stop going to place that sell fake stuff because it's cheap. If you wanna help your body with CBD this is the place. I'm an Epileptic. Have been to all stores around lake county. This place is number 1 for sure. You must stop in and look around. Not a vape store. Real health products. Take my word for it. You'll not be disappointed when you first try some. Just grab a free sample.
