Alright, this new update is ridiculous and time consuming! No more withdrawal slips? (Or at least where one can grab them and fill it out themselves?) If you're in the lobby then yes, it does make it a bit smoother... for the drive thru though it's a complete hassle now! You have to send your ID, then they send you a slip to fill out to send back with your ID... then they finally send you your envelope with money. It's literally faster to just go inside now! No one is going through the drive thru anymore for that reason!

I have been charged an overdraft several times because of their mistakes. For example, I had my mortgage set up to be paid at the same time each month, and for some odd reason, they charged my mortgage twice and then charged me an overdraft fee. This is not the first time this has happened either. I have received so many overdraft fees to do their negligence of not sending bills when you post them to be paid. They refuse to fix their mistakes as well. Their customer service is awful. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Lady Refused to help me with losing my debit card near the last hour of being open on Wednesday. Refused to close my card even though I needed to make a payment. Did not give any explanation except for saying that they couldn't do it even though the highland branch for me before. They told me to call client services.

Older bank, reminds of the past. Friendly bank attendants. Sometimes it's not the quick, easy, in and out here. However, It's nice to slow down though and watch how caring people really are.
