Justin figured out the issue, let me know that he’d seen a couple of other issues, and helped me determine which services I could potentially push until another visit. “They never communicate with customers to discuss what parts they are using to replace old parts.
If you ask them to rotate tires when oil change is being done they would tell you they did but they really don’t. I’m speaking from my experience, so just have that in mind.”

“My family and I were traveling home from Holiday World when our vehicle started overheating. We were three and a half hours away from home and needed help. We called Denny's and Doug came to us at our location! Talk about customer service! He quickly found the issue which turned out to be a slow antifreeze leak. He filled the tank and put a new lid on it. Good as new! And he didn't charge us an arm and a leg!! We were able to get home without worry! People of Jasper, you are lucky to have Doug and the other folks from Denny's Auto Parts and Sales!”

So I called and he said I could bring it in for him to check too see what was wrong with it, he told me it was the valve body so I brought it back in when he was free and he fixed it right up !! “I cannot say anything ever bad about Jeff Berg and his family. They are one of only about two or three mechanics in Dubois County I trust to work on my stuff. They are always fairly priced and deliver stuff in a timely manner. If you need an emergency call for the rollback or a tow they drop everything to come and help you. You just don't find that often today.”

“Easy to schedule service, but they are very tightly scheduled. If they find a minor issue, it has to be rescheduled. I had defective lug nuts that had to be rescheduled and were not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, and that my Lincoln depreciated by $22k in less than 2 years, neither of which was any fault of the dealership.”
