This pharmacy filled prescriptions for someone else under my name, insurance, and CVS Caremark account for TWO YEARS! (At least two years- the system only allows to go back two years in the search). Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible of everyone involved.

Customer service and care has almost always been terrific. Kind, helpful, and patient people have helped us many times, both up front, and in the Pharmacy. Corwin (Pharmacist) is absolutely top-notch in knowledge and caring of customers. He has been a real blessing. Many of the ladies have been awesome, too!!

Staff is friendly in store, so I decided to fill my prescription at this pharmacy instead of Kroger. It's a shame I probably won't be returning because of a particular staff member, that was rude on the phone and at the window. It was 830, they close at 9 and she acted completely put off that she had to help. If you don't like people and don't like being in the business of customer service you should probably find a desk/cubicle job. Hey, or maybe she was just having a bad day?! Not sure â€â™€ï¸

All the staff is very friendly and helpful here at the Decatur CVS! I get greeted as soon as I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything. They always thank me for shopping by using my name.

I would love to do 1 star, but the pharmacy is the best part of the store. How ever the front entrance needs customer service training yet. This is the only CVS in the whole united states I have problems with, with customer service issues. No hello when you walk in, how dare you ask them a question. Their answer is it not in my controls with a snotty attitude. The pharmacy I would give a 5. The store it's self needs more training. I wpuld give it a half of star. My husband is over the road truck driver, so we stop at quite a few of them to pick up our prescriptions. They all.except this one have wonderful customer service. I am staying far away from the Decatur Indiana CVS.

I love coming here! Have always used Kroger pharmacy the past 20 years that I lived in Fort Wayne. Switched to CVS when I moved here to decatur. I love how personal the pharmacy crew are. Very friendly and very accommodating to answering my questions. very happy this store!
