No one wants to plan a funeral, and as this was my first time helping to plan one, I was very scared and anxious.But, Carrie and Mike went above and beyond for us. They were so respectful to our family and explained every step of the process to us in a way we could understand. They even helped us with some tasks we physically didn’t have time to handle or didn’t have the emotional capacity to handle.I can’t imagine anyone else having done a better job than Helton and Harris Funeral Homes.

I am so glad Carrie and Mike are now running the funeral home, and it is wonderful that Carrie is back home again in Danville serving the community. They are outstanding to work with, treating each family they serve with the utmost compassion and professionalism.

I highly recommend Weaver and Randolph. I cannot thank Carolyn and Michael enough for the handling of my mother. They made the entire process as easy as it possibly could be. They are very professional and kind, and treat everyone they work with genuine compassion. I can rest easy knowing my mother was handled with the dignity and respect she deserved.

We held my mother in laws funeral here on 11/7/2022. The owners are very caring and responsive. They took care of every detail and really listened to our requests. I was very impressed by all that they did. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. ?

I am a hospice RN and I called this Funeral home for a patient who just passed away. Ron, I guess the owner picked up the call and I was giving him all the required information and he suddenly asked if family was nearby and I said yes, he requested to speak with the family and he said “I don’t understand that lady’s accent” (he didn’t know he was on speaker) hey!! I was speaking English and I already gave him all the info. The only info I couldn’t provide was to describe the route to the patient’s destination and I said I don’t know how to describe the route that I used my GPS. I literally cried. I have never had such a humiliating experience in my whole hospice career. Not a good experience at all. Worst Funeral home ever

If you like someone to be very controlling then this is the place for you. Everyone who was there keep mentioning how rude the guy was who runs the place. Save your family from having to deal with people like this in your time of grieving! You will be glad you did. Put it this way no stars were an option!!
