I spoke with Anna today regarding a question about my phone. She was extremely helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the customer service I received today and will be coming in next week to get my upgrade.

I just left this store after speaking with Anna the Store Manager (white female with brunette hair and glasses). I was asking questions regarding a current trade in promotion for my iPhone. She had an attitude the entire time while asking these questions and spoke extremely fast like a sales person trying to get something past you. She told me that I had to upgrade my plan to a higher one which isn’t true after talking to a corporate office. Once I learned this was a non corporate office and wanted to leave she said, “You just wasted 45 minutes of my time.”
My overall experience was terrible as I felt she was a pushy saleswoman and after going to a corporate store I now know she was lying to my face about needing to upgrade plans. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Anna, the Store Manager, has zero integrity. If the Store Manager, a leadership position, acts like this I’m sure the other employees are similar. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, GO TO A CORPORATE OFFICE.

The people at the store were fantastic however to cancel services I had to call customer service. It's sad that the people in the store can't take care of everything

I went in there for help setting up new phones, the girl I spoke with was abrupt and rude, told me that I had to pay $40 per line for any assistance but made it clear that she didn’t want to be bothered even though they were just sitting and there were no customers, She told me all Verizon stores charge this or more but I went to the store that’s off broadway (north superior drive) and the employees were so nice and helpful, got everything set up for me (they do not charge) and even helped me pick out a new watch to go with my new phone! Don’t waste your time here when there’s nearby locations that want your business.

Pulled up to store to have them take a look at my phone and the women working stood up, locked the door and walked back to her seat. Great customer service.

There was one visible worker who looked to be wearing pajamas. She told me that she had no way to assist me since I had ported my numbers out. I just wanted to pay the bill but she needed the account number. According to the salesperson, she had no way of contacting customer care from the landline or her phone. Obviously, she could have contacted customer service to obtain my account number but she just didn’t want to be bothered with it I guess. She told me to go to a corporate location bc she is so limited. So glad I’m with Att now

They said my grandmother had to buy a prepaid phone and that she couldn’t switch her number and wouldn’t refund the phone until we called 4 different people within Verizon even though the receipt said 30 day refund, totally took advantage of an old woman.
