Every time a sub is on the route from this location, we have delivery issues. One male in particular that subs whenever our carrier is off ...said a package was not in his possession until we said we'd call in because our tracking said it was out for delivery. Then he went to the back of the truck and suddenly the package was there. And now we are waiting on another, same issue, tracking says delivered. But the PO is closed....Lazy

I call and call never no answer! I try this number that number same results! Just for a simple question I wish to ask. Good thing they are not in the medical field.

I don't understand why these people keep marking my packages Out for Delivery only to rescind hours later. Won't even bother calling anymore because the lady that answers the phone is insufferable and they'll start delivering my stuff without marking it. Again, how are you marking an item with an individualized tracking number "Out for Delivery" but can't tell me where it is? Why does my stuff rarely get caught up anywhere else in the country but issues suddenly arise when it gets within 15 miles? Don't ask Kathy

I receive informed delivery… but daily I do not get this mail delivered. Which is confusing because it shows you what is getting “delivered “ for the day . What’s even worse the mail lady will be seen in my neighborhood but just not stop at every house . So then 2-3 days go by and you all of a sudden have a mailbox full of mail backed up for days . If a rep sees this can you get the driver on board for Edgewater subdivision and delivering the mail daily . This is happening to many of us in here .

I have been living in CP a little over a year. My carrier is in such a hurry he don't close the door sometimes and I have to walk down the street to gather my mail ?. I have called and even gone to the office but yet it still happens. I made a video opening and closing the box and it works great. They are in too much of a hurry and JUST DON'T CARE!! MY bill companies don't care so if I lose a bill you think USPS cares,, NOT.This is unacceptable!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE,,,

USPS is the worst company in America. They don’t care because they have no competition, so they don’t need to. Constantly late, constantly losing packages, damaging packages, and missing delivery dates. You pay them to ship something, and they proceed to just do whatever they want with it and provide ZERO customer support when you ask why. I can’t even count the issues I’ve had over the years with multiple USPS locations/post offices, and this Crown Point location is no different. Same slow, disorganized mess. 0/10 as always USPS.

The postal employees here were great. They were pleasant and helpful. It was quite empty but the service was fast and accurate.

One of my favorite post offices ever! I got my passport here and that was really exciting, service was helpful and polite. I come here out of my way to drop off mail and packages

These people are over the top amazing! I go there almost everyday and get superior service. My shipments are scanned in very quickly and the genuine sweetness from the staff is wonderful!!

Horrible customer service and they are never on time they drop off mail at my box between 11am and 9pm and some how even when I order from UPS or FEDEX my mail always seems to make it to this shipping hub and gets transferred over to USPS

Really nasty service. They don't answer the door and then yell at you if you hit the buzzer more than once. Website hours of operation are wrong. Just a badd attitude all around.

Haven't had any issues at this post office. It's usually the customers to blame not the mail people.. They didn't mess up your label.. You did.

Terrible experience, my mail took 3 hours later then it should of been and when I called I got no answer just rang for about a minute and started beeping, very dissatisfied in USPS
