The only professional employee in the pharmacy was the young girl working the cash register. The pharmacist and her crew were beyond rude. I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere!

No customer care.Most the ladies in the pharmacy are rude, staight faced, and eager to end the interaction no matter what it is.Some will not even stop what they are doing while talking and serving you. HAD A WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE AT WALGREENS PHARMACY!I (do not) recommend cvs although im stuck at this location for time being

The pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful. Customers who complain that pharmacy employees take a 30 minute lunch break need to respect that all workers in every job need a break. When a store has more than 2 pharmacy staff then they can stagger those breaks. When there are only two people working, then they need to close for that 1/2 hour. Using one's child to make a disparaging, and selfish comment, is inconsiderate and bad form. The lunch break policy is cleary written for customers. And, .com registered CVS customers were sent numerous texts and/or emails about this policy change. Everyone deserves respect not just some aelf entitled customers. I've been a customer of this location even before CVS bought it. I've never had to wait in line when I'm the only customer. People who say they had to wait, when they were the only customer in line, sounds like a one off thing, as I've never experienced that.This location needs to figure out how to have a drive through, and stock the store like other cvs stores. Other than that the pharmacy and staff are friendly and professional.

Yeah, I should have read the reviews!!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS THEY ARE NOT LYING. This location is so unbelievably unprofessional and ineffective. Everyone in this location needs to be fired until they can get a real staff that actually works. Everyone in this place complained about working but I have tried coming here 3 days in a row to get my medicine and no one has ever been standing when I enter. Honestly I don’t know how this place doesn’t get robbed and idk how more people don’t say anything about how rude the employees are. I work 3 jobs and I have never acted or spoke like them. CVS DO A BETTER JOB WATCHING WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES REPRESENT!

Standing in line at the pharmacy with my 5 year old daughter at 1:30 in the afternoon to pick up her prescription. No one in line behind me. Two “workers” in pharmacy. Told me they close from 1:30-2 for lunch and they refused to serve me. I assume they don’t understand the concept of staggered lunch breaks nor customer service. Sad!

I was in the other night shopping after work. While in line I overheard the cashier at the front (Debra) rudely complaining about having to work "all the time" and that she "hates when people have returns".This is so unprofessional! CVS needs to get rid of employees like this and put someone in the role who is actually friendly! Debra was extremely rude and unprofessional.

If you just have a regular old prescription to fill then sure they can do the job BUT don't expect anymore out of them. They won't even go as far as telling you that another CVS has an over supply of your child's seizure medicine. They instead say sorry we can no longer get this medicine. When you ask what your other options are they say, I dont know! When you say, there are other options I just don't know how to get it from the manufacturer. They say, ugh I guess I can do some research for you. Wow didn't know you have to pull teeth to get help.

This pharmacy is awful. Wait times are ridiculous inside and out. Two lanes of drive through but only one available for pick ups always. Watch your meds people...errors on blood pressure meds and hormone replacement therapy. If I had option to go anywhere else I would. I believe the only reason they have any business is because companies force us to use them. PSA check your script before you leave the window!!
