Amber and her staff are great. I’ve done a few community events with them, and they are one-of-a-kind. Not too mention, they keep Casey’s clean and well-stocked. When you walk in, several workers know you and are incredibly friendly.

I’ve picked up pizza here a few times, including today. When I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready it took around 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and ask for the name on the order and it took another 10 minutes for me to get the pizzas. Something like this happens every time I pick one up. The store should either hire enough people to make the orders by the promised time or adjust the amount of time the app says it will take to be made. I am still giving 3 stars because the pizza is decent and the employees are always friendly.

They’ll rob you and then not try to give you back your money. Don’t do curbside pick up because the employees don’t know how to fulfill orders and then when you ask customer service they will short your refund because math skills are not their expertise.

Screw this place, this place needs better management, you have a store manager who never works, and the turn over rate is so bad theres a new employee every week. The store manager is so rude to customers and her employees, no one likes to come in when she's there.. unfortunately the corporate office is to blind to see the truth..this place needs a new store manager that can actually show up for work, and know how to run the place...this place is a joke..they don't satisfy customers at this store, this place is under really bad management, the store manager has no idea how to run this place..save your time go else were...the store manager steal banks deposits, deletes hours employees work...and corporate still allows her to be there..this place needs to be sued and the better business bureau will be notified,. hopefully the owner or corporate will do something about this, unfortunately there lack of responsibility is thin..
