Two associates helped us find acceptable boards, and load our trailer with absolutely no hesitation! They hung with us for over two hours making the task so much easier! Special callout to Ty and Taylor…THANK YOU!

“I have only had one bad experience at this store. I'm going to chalk that up to a bad day. It is always clean and well stocked. When you need help it is usually easy to find someone. Love the self checkout. The topper though is the hotdog smell wafting through the store. She always delivers with a smile and a great dog. Pay more and get their dog over the Costco dog.”

“Went in to Best Buy with my daughters to purchase a security camera system for my Mom. So we walked in, and the TVs were to the right. Huge!!!! We're laughing and talking, and this young man came over and asked if he could help us. His name was Matt, Matt H., I believe. He was soooo helpful. He went above and beyond his job description. My card was acting up, and my eye pad was too. I don't know about these apps, but he did. I needed to access the bank app, so he went to get WIFI info from Geek Squad, which was the problem. I was shocked it worked. He also explained the system, and sold me the Best Buy reward program. I tell you, Best Buy should be super impressed with this young man, because he clearly gave so many reasons I should purchase it, and I said ok, you got me.?? But if you want the best customer service experience, and patience, ask for Matt. He'll make sure you leave highly satisfied. Thanks so much for all your help!!”

960 US-41 Garden Center, Schererville“It's so nice when I can leave a positive review when it comes down to tech vs humans. Had to use a $200 gift card and bought a bunch of household stuff. They didn't have dishwasher pods in stock, and since I used have gift card half debit card... it was a little bit of a challenge getting the store credit. Louise from customer service was very involved with helping me get the credit back. I had to go in, and picked up some toilet paper while I was there to use up the credit. Jeremiah checked me out and he was so kind, went a got a cart for me since it was two huge containers and my car was on the other side near customer service. Minus one star for the trouble of going into the store twice for this store credit, but everyone was nice and didn't have to talk to a machine.”
