My family has been going to Nick Miller for YEARS! Have bought all of our vehicles off them and everytime they are as helpful as they can be. Very great people and amazing service ! Highly recommend nick for any of your car needs!

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Made a service appointment a week in advance. Dropped my car off on Thursday morning and didn't hear back from them for two days. I called them on Friday and Saturday mornings and was told "it hasn't been diagnosed yet" both times. Finally decided just to pick up my "unfixed" car on Saturday and had the worst customer service experience with John Hughes (the service manager). He wouldn't make eye contact, never apologized or explained what was wrong with my car and seemed annoyed when I asked for a record of a previous fix they had done. They didn't even replace my battery that was specifically one of the items I made the appointment for. So now I've still got to take my car to another car shop to get a fix. This place will never get my business again.

We went there looking for a truck. We do use their service department for our Jeep and love them, so we decided to at least try them for sales.We talked with Tommy in sales and he is awesome. Laid back, no pressure he actually listens and finds you the right vehicle. Jared did the financial end of our transaction and explained everything and he is so kind.If york were a restaurant they would be 5 star dining!
