Just wanted to give Brian, at Columbus, In location a shout for his kindness and customer service. I've rented for 3 years and first time I've spoke to someone in person at location to make sure everything was working properly. He changed my bug hotel boxes and fixed my door rope, so I can reach it. Thank you so very much.

DO NOT RENT STORAGE SPACE HERE. They raised my rate by almost double in 1 year. There are mice and rodents all over. The mice ruined my items. There is no heat or cooling. A lot of my items were ruined not only by mice, but heat as well. No surveillance. Several storage units were broken into. Stay away!

Staff was very helpful on the phone when I called to figure out how to get to the gate! Very friendly, clean and provided a lock and key for storage unit! Highly recommended

The ppl you talk to on 2nd shift have always been so rude an hateful for no reason...if I hadn't already put my stuff into the unit n got everything situated i would had probably asked for my money back truthfully, just plain out rude!!!!!

Nice storage rentals and convenient location a little on the high side but don't complain unless your going to fix it
