Just wanted to give Brian, at Columbus, In location a shout for his kindness and customer service. I've rented for 3 years and first time I've spoke to someone in person at location to make sure everything was working properly. He changed my bug hotel boxes and fixed my door rope, so I can reach it. Thank you so very much.

Super fast and helpful.. only issue gate code wouldn't work till the following morning. Otherwise great experience

Staff was very helpful on the phone when I called to figure out how to get to the gate! Very friendly, clean and provided a lock and key for storage unit! Highly recommended
