If your item comes in a box. Check it before you walk out. I exchanged a dead batterie and didn't open the box for a month or so. The "replacement" batterie was dead (possibly a core or different return) and when I took it in to get it exchanged it turns out the batterie I was given wasn't even an O'Reilly battery and my exchange was denied. Learned my lesson to check everything I get to make sure I don't pay for someone else's mistake again.

This weekend, I asking someone replace my 2013 Tiguan brake pad/drum for me. After replace, the control panel "brake light" always on and show that I need the check my brake wear. It was Saturday night and it is late, so I still took my car home.After Dinner, I been searching online for more than 2 hours, read and watching many YouTube for answer. I find people said I need to using some scan tool from OBD II port and "reset " Electric Parking Brake (EPB).My friend told me , some auto part store may have the tool. Next day, Sunday morning 8:45AM, I walking the O'reilly story for help, one young guy told me, as he know, I shouldn't need reset the EPB if it install correctly, since the weather is good, I asking him to do me a favor to look my car. He is so nice and spend time to check my car and give me his diagnostic : may be the sensor wire is not connected well.Yes, he is right, after I take out the wheel and find it just a bad connection issue.I am really thank for his help and like to say thank again for his help here.

I had receipts, and needed to make a return on a defective part. I was there 25 minutes while the manager studied my receipts evaluated, studied the receipts again, finally determined that I was legitimate and then issued the refund. 25 minutes of him scrutinizing me when I had the receipts and the return goods. Totally uncalled for. Anthony was the employee's name. Completely dissatisfied.

Got a battery from them back in November. When we took the battery out I mentioned the new one seemed smaller then the one that was in the car.I was told that it wouldn't matter and so I went on my way. A few days later the battery started dieing fairly regularly, so I took it back. I exchanged the battery and was once again told that the smaller battery shouldn't interfere with it.Same thing, battery starts regularly dieing. I take it to a competitor in town and was informed that the battery was too small for my car. So I purchased the correct size battery from them.I took the battery back to O'Reilly for a refund only to be informed that because the battery had been inside of a car, they could not give a refund.Will not be back to this location.

Pretty disappointed with all the signs saying free engine light check on doors and windows at the store and I walk in and I'm told we don't do that now. Said they would give me the tester to do it myself. I don't know how to use it. Extremely disappointed.
