You know I have had my service here at MetroPCS now for over 5 years Omar has been here since day one he's made sure that we have had every possible anything that we need to make sure that we are happy when I first came in I didn't I didn't have the phone that I had wanted and my sister's pictures were on this phone and I started to cry and he did everything possible and found me the very last phone that was a Samsung that I could use and it was hiding in the back room now that's service thank you from the bottom of our hearts Omar

I have never had an issue in all the years my family has had Metro PC..but you have to get an updated phone every 2 yrs or so to keep up with technology and new speeds and data, as with any cell phone service. With that being said : I also got a prepaid Verizon phone for work.(.Constant issues)..but it's an android. Maybe iPhone is better for both companies..(?)

My friends at the T-Mobile store are always good to me and my family. They are dedicated and never give up on getting what is asked of them done. If u need wifi. Now is the best time to go get it from them. Plus it's easy to set up and u don't have to have any background check and the promo is running for 5 more days. Make sure you get everything you need and the guys that are working there now and 100% solid.

As long-time customers of Metro PCS, in November we had to upgrade our phones because our current phones were having problems with the changes made to the T-Mobile network. We upgraded both of our Samsung J7 Stars to Moto G Stylus 5G, after reading many good reviews on this model. In the first week we were intermittently unable to make or receive calls or texts, so we went in to the store and they tweaked some settings and sent us on our way. We continued to have the same problems, so after a couple more visits they agreed to do a warranty swap, so basically we got 2 used phones for the price of the 2 new phones we purchased (same model). The same issues persisted, and during several visits over the next several weeks several reps tried to help us but were never able to solve the problem. FINALLY, in February, we went back again, and we were helped by Efren Sanchez Lopez. My plan was to confirm that there was nothing we could do as far as returning the phones for credit and switching to another model, before giving up, taking the hit and going to another carrier and purchasing two more new phones. Efren spent at least 2 hours with us troubleshooting back and forth, and working over the phone with Tech to come up with a solution. He was extremely patient and resourceful and never gave up. In the end, he was able to come up with a solution. That was a few weeks ago, and we have had a much better experience with our Metro phones ever since. So the takeaways for you, dear reader, are: 1) If you live in the valley, there may be some models of Metro phones that do not work well with their network. I would definitely stay away from the Moto G Stylus 5G; 2) In the many times we have had to go in to the Metro PCS Dublin store to resolve issues, every one of the reps have been very professional and helpful and pleasant; and 3) Efren really stood out with his amazing customer service skills - he went above and beyond to find a solution, and I hope his supervisor knows how awesome he is. The 5 stars on this review is for the employees who work at this location, and their excellent customer service.

This is by far the worst place you could go for a phone, they have terrible service, my phone service is the worst I’ve ever had… and the guy who works there names Omar is a snake, everything he told me was a lie, he told me if I wasn’t happy with my phone then I could return it within 14 days and that’s was a huge lie! Do yourself a favor and never use metro, if I could give this place 0 stars i would’ve but I had to post something so people will know to stay away from this place!!! If you do, I promise you will regret it just like I did! Thanks for reading and I hope you chose a better company because you deserve it!

Great service from this store phenomenal work, you can get the friendly environment as soon as you walk in. All the workers here greet you and are very friendly. Special shoutout to Jacqueline, shes the best in this store, she made sure I'm very well taken care of, and goes above and beyond with her service. I will be coming back to her for everything from now on, i will be recommending everyone to this store, other Metros they be rude but not here. If i can give jacky 100000 stars i would! I love Dublins Metro

Not happy was charged 83.00 they said it didn't take and charged me again 84.00 and said first payment would be refunded that day .its now been over 3 days ago. I went in to tell them I still didn't get refunded. he made some calls.I was sent away said he would call me when he figured it out clearly they don't know how to refund. Feeling agitated

"Fantastic Service, as Usual." We've been customers of Metro PCS for many years. We have three lines with the company, and am very happy with the service we have received. Whenever I have questions of any kind, they are quite helpful. They are very patient with me, and hardly ever make fun of me. They did not laugh too hard when when I brought in my five year old phone to upgrade. Today, I had some technical questions on the use of my new A21 Samsung Galaxy phone. For example, I did not know how to stop the phone from dimming whenever I made a call. The answer was so simple, I felt silly. There is a sensor on the phone, and when you hold it near your head, the dimming stops. It's a pleasure to patronize this store. Honestly, I don't know how you could do any better. When I went in, five separate employees jumped up to help me. This is absolutely true--I am not making this up. They were not trying to pressure me to buy anything--they just wanted to help. That's what I call great service The nice people answered my questions quite readily. Next time, I will come up with tougher questions to try to stump them.
