Some good staff, some pretty average and lack product knowledge, which is the younger staff. Keep lumber stocked in shelves better, actually give customers the right answers is what the young men need to work on. Appreciate the Vetran employee who was very helpful!

Don't know her name but the older lady that works in the screw and bolt section either needs to be retrained or put in a different location. Every single time I have went in to the store her automatic response is we don't have it! 3 different occasions and on all 3 when she tells me "we don't have it" I get on Lowes website and pull up the part number and location and imagine the suprise when it's found. One more chance and I'll be a permanent Manards guy.

Freezer failed after less than 2 years after purchase. Lost between $750 to $1000 in food. Have fought with "Lowes Protect Warranty" for over 2 weeks.I am told each time they are buying out my freezer because it can not be repaired and a reimbursement email will be sent within 1 to 2 business days. Now they say one was sent on Sunday at 3am. Never arrived. Not in regular emai nor junk mail.My food loss claim is being processed. Thats been over 2 weeks also and the maximum is $300 for the claim.Phone calls, emails and chat everyday with AI and people. The same answers every day. I wouldn't buy a appliance from Lowes. ButI have to because the reimbursement is only good at Lowes. The cycle will continue.

This review pretty much covers every Lowe's I've experienced.At least half the lumber is trash.The stores are laid out like a bad comedy. (It's more an exercise regimen of running all over the store than a convenience of where something should be.)At least half of anything a maintenance tech goes into the store to get they only carry "online." (Like that does you any good.)The staff avoids customers like they are carrying the Black Plague.The Pro counter is a repeating study in the psychological effects of an ineffective educational system.

Everything was going great as I was getting materials for a project. Well that’s till I got to check out…the woman was extremely rude and short I told her my phone number for my Lowe’s card. She was very upset as she went to put my info in the computer for my Lowe’s card I told her here is my card right here she ignored me and made me a new account!!!!! Also she skipped my email as I’m upset about because I would like the promos etc anyhow I have ptsd this really through me in to anxiety (panic) attack. I paid and walked out I went out told my wife.. My wife went back in I guess the woman did not ring up everything therefore could not apply to my Lowe’s card overall I’m still very upset as I need more products but don’t know if I want to return to rude employees. I love the store itself tho!!! Btw…she did not ring up the sun flooring..

Do not buy paint here. Spent $170 on a 5 gallon bucket, discovered it was rancid and rotten when I opened it 35 days after purchase (stored indoors in the AC) and they will not accept it for return because it’s over 30 days. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me, made the poor paint guy deal with it. They sell rotten paint that will stink up your entire house and then do nothing to remedy the situation.

Just go somewhere else. Especially in Columbus, I prefer Menards.Columbus Lowes is always losing pickup items, the customer service will fight tooth and nail at times to make returns harder.Very impatient and flustered staff.People are always in the break room and the bathrooms next to the break room seem to always be flooded with no one giving attention
