I have consistently had problems with this pharmacy. I have Diabetes Type 2 and take Trulicity in which has apparently been on hold for over a week now and the only explanation I receive is they haven't had a response from the insurance which now my blood sugar is through the roof. Next, the Pharmacist Ryan was disprectful and accusatory with me in regards to the pick-up date for another prescription on file. He has since been reported to the Board. All my prescriptions will be transferred to a different pharmacy. A Pharmacist should never make you feel as this " Ryan" made me feel today.

The self-checkout lanes with conveyor belts are dumb and make me want to shop elsewhere. They cause for a bad experience. I am not sure if they were meant to help speed up things, but today was my first experience with them and I doubt I will use them again. I really hope they cause a fire and only take themselves out after the day I have had.I also called the store to let them know and the store manager told me something about being out of her hands, to contact corporate, and then she immediately hung up on me.

Have picked my wife and my medicines there every Saturday for 2 years had a family emergency last Saturday so did not make it until Sunday. My wife tried to explain that we will now have to miss church to pick up our medicine first thing Sunday. We tried explaining this and the pharmacist screamed at my wife called her a witch with a b. Do not feel this is the way to treat loyal customers

Super fast, friendly, and helpful! This pharmacy has been the best for us to work with since we moved back to Columbus. Even though the other pharmacies are open more hours, we have moved almost all our scripts here because of all the above listed reasons. Very impressed and appreciative!

Called to fill one scrip at 4:30 on Tuesday, was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I was then told they were so busy could I possibly wait till Wednesday to come get it. I travel an hour on Wednesday arriving at 5:30 only to be told it was not in stock and would need to be ordered. I guess when your becoming a monopoly the customer no longer matters. Thanks Kroger ?

No mother to be parking! Are you kidding me! I'm not pregnant, but I have pushed out 4 beautiful boys. And I can't have a close spot! I had to walk what felt like a mile. I walk in, and they are playing horrible atheist trap music. Imagine dragons is satanic. They wrote an entire song about thunder! Another thing, no Irish cream. They said they had it in stock and it wasn't. IM writing an email to corporate. Lastly, it declined my card, just because I didn't push the "card button " on the register! I don't work there. That's not my job. Will not return!

This store sucks in the way a septic tank truck does. The pharmacy staff is the most arrogant group of people I've ever come across. The pharmacists are true a%%%%%%s if I. Could turn the tables I would belittle them and accuse them of being a of having a drug addiction issue. I can not stress just how bad these people are.

Consistently having problems with this pharmacy. They continually mess up my insurance and it is clearly a problem with their computers and not my insurance. Today is the final straw though. They said one of my important controlled substances was filled, then get into town to receive a call saying they were out. Been playing phone tag trying to switch pharmacies. As crucial as this medicine is, I just feel like punching and breaking everything in sight.

The restrooms are filthy and disgusting! No TP and trash all over the restroom. This has been getting worse over the last few months. We complained to a few employees and they agreed it is awful. Lines are long and no checkout lanes are open. Will be moving my business!!!!!!

As long as you don't have to go to the Customer Service desk and/or return anything this place is fine. Purchased a box of hot tea that ended up tasting like soap, so I endeavored to take it back. Foolishly, I thought they would have a similar return policy as other supermarkets in the area. Spoiler alert: they do not. Admittedly, I didn't have a receipt, but it was clearly marked as a Kroger product and I would have been pleased with store credit as I shop here a lot. I also figured they would like to know that a Kroger brand product tasted like crap. Wong again! The woman at the Service Desk immediately answered all my questions in an extremely condescending manner. Instead of politely explaining their policy, "I'm sorry ma'am, but we can't accept a return or exchange for dissatisfaction of an item," she dropped the box of tea on her counter like it was made of dead babies and snapped, "We can't exchange something just because you don't like it." The rude tone caught me off guard, so when she offered to do an exchange anyway, I declined in like manner and walked out. I have never encountered a rude employee at this store before, so I'm guessing she was a one-off. I'll be sure to avoid the Customer Service desk in the future.

Great store. Big selection of international food brands , I love that about a grocery store. Also nice friendly staff.
