Both guys Demetrius and Thomas working on 1/27/2024 around noon at the Columbus IN AT&T store on Central Ava were AMAZING. They helped my grandmother with patience and enthusiasm, everyone had laughs and got her set up with everything she needs and more !!! Also answered any extra questions we had!!

I have always had good luck at the Columbus ATT store but we were in a hurry on 1/15/24 and we got there at the store @ 3:15 it was locked up with a sign saying gone to lunch @ 3.35 it still wasn't open. Who takes a lunch that late and when people are getting out of school or off of work? It was a ver disappointing day sitting waiting!

I have had good experiences here whenever I needed to purchase an item. I recently went to them to get my network checked as it was blocked. They merely tried to fix my issue and suggested that it was a hardware issue and that i needed to submit a ticket to Asurion. I had to get a new device from Asurion (gladly I had insurance) and worked with the assigned technician to setup my new device (had to pay a price, not free) and since the issue still persisted we understood that it was nothing to do with the device but with at and t data settings. The technician was knowledgeable and was able to make calls to get the data block removed, but I felt if the at and t center had taken all necessary steps to troubleshoot by looking into my account, it would have saved me from couple of visits, from being without any data for days and from paying for a new device. Very disappointed!
