I wanna know why your store in Charlestown Indiana says you are OPEN from 4AM Mon-Fri but NEVER ARE ACTUALLY OPEN AT 4AM!!! You are false advertising and wasting people’s time!

They don't want to make door dash orders correctly. Item received nothing like what's on app. They told driver that they never make salads and don't have them on the menu. And ranch was rancid.

Well not much to say about a gas station but if your hungry their pizza is pretty good. Friendly service at always good prices.

Rude. Unpleasant. Wrong. We stopped by for a drink and some tic tacs. Simple enough. But the counter person was singularly unpleasant. Somebody give this guy a lesson in customer service. We won't be back again.

There's a few employees that are really sweet and great at customer service. However the "manager" and the cashier I just dealt with should not be in this business. Neither one greeted me and I'm a regular. Then I got nothing from the cashier. Not my total or even a thanks or goodbye. She was too busy talking with the manager who was on her phone. I will start going the extra 2 minutes to Circle K. Their prices are better and I at least get some sort of human interaction.

The employees are normally very friendly and helpful. The restroom is maintained very well. The only thing missing from the Charlestown location is the frozen drinks.

I usually don't go to Casey's but since circle K has kind of went down hill , i started going to Casey's and i realized I have been missing out. Employees are nice. The cashier lady in the morning is super respectful. I love their pizzas and cookies. Go Casey's for hiring nicer employees.
