Worked with Matt to sell my property in Indianapolis. I would absolutely recommend. I interviewed several realtors before choosing a listing agent. Matt and his team were on point from the jump, very professional and knowledgeable. Matt arrived to the property on time and prepared with bound materials including comps in the area and recent purchases. I would be remiss if I failed to share my experience with Matt Humberger, an associate of The Gutting Group/Keller Williams. I had the task of selling my 98 year old mother-in-law's house. After losing her only child, my husband of 50 years, she was no longer able to live alone in a home that she lived in for 65 years. This was an extremely emotional and stressful assignment that I was given, not only for my mother-in-law but also for me. The Gutting Group was given to me as a referral and fortunately I was assigned with Matt Humberger. From the very beginning, I immediately realized that I had a very professional and experienced agent who was sensitive to my emotions and needs. The house went on the market in November 2023 and I closed today, February 29, 2024. I could not have accomplished this task without the help, knowledge and empathy I received from Matt. Overall Im a pretty tough client to impress; I expect my realtor to be hard working, creative, professional, and also to respond in a matter of seconds. Matt and KW not only impressed me but went above and beyond in all those areas! Matt answered hundreds of questions, toured a handful of properties (making arrangements for me to see properties at all hours of the day/night), and offered his down to earth advice which greatly helped me to make the right purchase. I wanted to be in a lakeside community with dock access. Problem was there were no properties for sale in that community and it was a big ask. Matt was able to successfully find a property that was not even for sale on the MLS, and then essentially get the deal done for me! That’s the kind of realtor you want on your side.
I would highly recommend using Matt and KW and I will continue to utilize him for future purchases.

Craig Dollens is an excellent realtor! He is incredibly attentive and had our best interest in mind the whole way through. He's very honest and responds very quickly too. Agent Patti Frucci is awesome! She really took the time to help me find the perfect house for me. Going through a divorce it was really stressful but she was very supportive and kind. In the end we were able to find a great home. I highly recommend The Gutting Group.
