I truly can't say enough good things about Shelly. She is unlike any other realtor I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with dozens as both a buyer and a seller. She picks up every call, or calls back within minutes. Has the patience of a saint and answers every question honestly and knowledgeably. She's kind, calm, straightforward, and knows real estate inside and out. She also goes above and beyond - hanging shower curtains, organizing cabinets, setting up patio furniture and staging the yard on the day of my open house. No realtor has ever worked harder for me, or held my best interests in such high regard. In short, Shelly is a gem. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother calling anyone else.

We purchased a house, sold that house and purchased a third house with Shelly by our side. For each transaction she developed a strategy and executed flawlessly. She explained every detail and her negotiation skills resulted in sale price that far exceeded expectations. She responded to each question of ours no matter how mundane. She is trustworthy, aggressive and a pleasure to work with.
