Cathy is the best! She was patient with us during the 1 year process of our new build providing her expertise and guidance along the way. When it came time to list our prior home she was able to work out the timing so that we could seamlessly move from our prior home to our new build with no need for temporary housing. When showing our prior home she was able to setup 8 showings within the first 24 hours with 7 offers, 4 above list. In this turbulent market with raising rates, we could have been more pleased with Cathy as our expert Realtor. If you want to sell your home and quickly this is the guy for you ( Kevin Elson) I especially liked that he answered all of our questions. I needed a VA loan and a guarantee buy out option since we were building a new home and he delivered both. I highly recommend his services.

Cathy Epps is a professional who knows the market and takes the time to listen to your needs and wishes all while balancing the legalities of real estate. She is a straight shooter who will tell you what you need to hear in an honest, sincere way. She will not steer you wrong. Cathy has been my realtor for nearly 20 years and has also become a friend. April Fitzgerald is an excellent realtor! She immediately e-mailed us several listings within our price range and meeting our criteria. April was available to show us houses and worked around our schedule to accommodate our busy lives. She took the pain out of looking for a home. She was very detailed and always prepared. She listened to our desires about fulfilling our dream to buy a home. Honestly, without her support, guidance, and knowledge, we might be still renting. April went over the contracts with us and made sure we got a good deal and the house was sold to us as we saw it including all fixtures and appliances. April very professionally and efficiently handled the selling and buying of our homes 10 years ago. Since that time, she kept in touch with us and provided selling comps a few years ago when we were contemplating selling.
