Annie was absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish her approach to the process was a pleasure to work with. Annie is amazing with the small details and very connected to all the right people you need throughout the home buying process to make everything as simple as can be.
Selling a home can be quite stressful as well. Annie spent the time to walk the house as it was and make recommendations to ensure we could capitalize on maximizing the value of our house.
10/10 recommend Annie for anyone who needs a realtor in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Lesley Sweeney, with Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, was professional, knowledgeable, and particularly understanding of my and my husband’s needs in searching for and purchasing a country home. I have bought over 20 homes and investment properties with realtors in several states. Lesley is among the best agents I have known. She was patient, worked for my best interests, and even after the purchase assisted me in finding an appropriate contractor to renovate the home. If I were to purchase another home in the area, I would certainly use Lesley again.

Rada exceeded every expectation I had. I am extremely grateful that Rada was chosen to be our Realtor during our corporate relocation. Moving to a different state is stressful, but Rada's kindness and expertise made the process so much better for us!

Jordan Herman and his colleagues made the process as straightforward as possible every step of the way, from finding a property we loved to making a compelling offer to negotiating repairs before closing. Christian was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I started the process I was unfamiliar with the different areas within Indianapolis. Christian took me to several different neighborhoods so I had a better understanding of where I might like to purchase a home. After I decided on an area, Christian suggested homes on the market that fit my budget and requirements daily. I really appreciated having a motivated and enthusiastic agent like Christian. Thanks to Southeby’s and specifically Christian, I am now a first-time home owner.

In the last seven years, I have bought and sold two homes. Both times I worked with Jim Schlueter from Encore Sotheby's International Reality. Jim is without question, the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with for selling and purchasing a home. He is always available to answer questions and calm concerns. He provides workable suggestions for preparing homes for the process, and is extremely knowledgeable about the market, pricing, etc. I highly recommend him and Encore Sotheby's!

We had a mixed experience here. This group is probably great for typical sellers/buyers. For renters, I would strongly advise not to rent a single-family house in Indianapolis from the Herman family. They denied to check the house before the move (e.g., for a pre-inspection) upon emailed request, and, moreover, at move-out they were particularly meticulous (i.e., charged a great amount of money for each item they noted). Furthermore, we had another professional landlord walk through the rental house the week of the move-out. What he described as normal wear and tear for 2.5 years of renting (e.g., nail holes in the walls repaired and only needing new paint), turned out to be a slaughtering with the Herman group. While we don’t have any complaints about the items they noted (e.g., walls and stove not as-new, and, of course, we have pets) we are disappointed in the outcome. Ultimately, we care about returning a product in a nice state (e.g., Deluxemaid bi-weekly cleanings, including a deep clean for the move-out), as we as an emerging family have loved the rental house for the past 2.5 years.

We worked with Robbin Edwards in Indy. She not only sold our daughter and husband their house but ours too. She was beyond patient with us and showed us houses in many areas. In this process, she has become a friend too. We bought a house that will allow us to close to our daughters and checked all of our boxes. It took 7 months to find it but Robbin helped us find it!
