I have been going to GameStop since I was a teenager when they had midnight releases! I have extended my warranty on my controller for the past 2 years. And now that my warranty is almost up, they told me they did not have one online or at any store within a hundred miles.
They were unwilling to contact corporate or order another one from the power a website. I will not bring my business back to any GameStop or refer anyone to any gamestop. I'm going to tell you the same thing I told the cashier "no wonder GameStop is going out of business".

They’ve been on lunch for almost an hour and they opened at noon. who needs an hour plus some lunch break 2 hrs after your shift starts this place needs new employees or management

They never know how to answer a phone and are never that busy to not answer it every time I go in that store there’s literally no customers in there maybe 1 other then that you have 2 employees so what’s the problem. Lazy people now days

Hours online need to be updated. Friday and Saturday they open up at 11. Google say 10am

The employees at this store are phenomenal. The store has been reworked since I've started shopping there and is much less cluttered, likely thanks to employees who care about their store. They are very passionate about games and extremely helpful with product selection!

Have decent prices have a decent selection of product not as much as what they used to, but pretty good customer service, but trade-ins and the technology like the TV they use in-store to check out your product is subpar, but if you want in-store credit the prices aren't bad

The longer time goes on, it feels like the less they have to offer. I stop by from time to time to see if anything peaks my interest, but the prices are always a joke for used games being just a couple dollars cheaper than a brand new game of the same name. But it's always been like that, so I don't know what else I'd expect.
