I called for information about a Hammitt purse I had not seen in person. It’s new and I wanted to know if my phone would fit in the outer back pocket. The purse had not arrived to their shop yet, and Hammitt had not yet sent them measurements. They sent me a text when the purse arrived to their shop. Instead of just giving me measurements, they sent me a video of one of their staff wearing the purse, putting her cell phone in the back pocket and even brought over another similar Hammitt purse for me to compare size. I have NEVER received such a helpful response! It was unexpected and very thoughtful. I loved the purse and immediately decided to purchase. About 15 minutes later I received a text with a picture of the shipping label already printed with the purse sent the same day. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more. This is a business that knows how to treat their customers and provide the kind of service that makes you feel like you are a priority. Rest assured if you purchase from Michelle’s Boutique you will be in excellent hands.

I ordered a Hammitt handbag over the weekend and received it, via UPS 3 days later.The bag was on sale and arrived in perfect condition.Thank you for excellent service.I would love to visit your store when I am in the area. I live in Michigan so don’t get to that area often, however, my husband is in sales and gets near you often.He always wants me to join him on the road. I think now that I have discovered your BOTIQUE, I just must go with him next time.

It has some products. I can't say much about the customer service. We were initially greeted but nothing really after that. My 6 y/o daughter had to go use the latrine and the lady behind the desk said no public restrooms which ok I get but can't they make an exception for a 6 year old. My wife found a shirt she liked but we ended not getting it because she had to use the bathroom and didn't want to wait for our daughters sake. When we left they never said good bye or thanks for coming. Will not shop here again.

I purchased something from this boutique and went to return item which was a little past 10 day return. First I did not know it was a 10 day return policy. Most everywhere is 30 days. Who reads their receipts one purchased for return policy. Owner was not willing to budge and said it look used. How she came up with her own assumption is beyond me since it had only been a few weeks. I would make sure u absolutely do not want to return something after 10 days. Lordy even if it was defective. She is stuck on her 10 days.

I found Michele’s Boutique & Gifts randomly on Facebook one day (as I am from Pennsylvania) when I was looking for the Harry Potter VB collection I had missed out on. These girls went above and beyond to make sure I got all of the items I wanted and super fast shipping! I look forward to buying again and hopefully visiting in person one day! ?
