I always choose this post office, although I live and work in Elkhart, because it's quick to get in and out and they are always friendly to me.

Poor service, unwilling to work with you on resolving issues regardless of actual merit. Tried to ship a package with a prepaid label and was denied, seek offices with better management.

I use this post office for a PO Box. Friendly staff. Small so it’s easy to get in and out. Usually no line at the counter. Lean on hours, but it’s enough for here.

Went to get package that said delivered guy said no packages. Ok now today it showed delivered and picked up went with my phone and showed him. He said oh we must have put it in the wrong locker I will have to call you back. no phone call. Very unhappy

I got a note in my mailbox saying that a delivery of a package was attempted, but failed because no one answered the door. However my security footage shows that the driver never left their vehicle. Instead, they just wrote a note and stuck it on a piece of my mail. It's important to note that what was being delivered was medication. This is something that has been getting delivered to me for years and has never needed a signature; I understand that sometimes a standard practice changes and maybe a signature is now required. However, that does not excuse the post office for not even attempting to make a delivery and then lying about it, like a lazy child trying to hide the fact that they didn't even try. The note says that an attempt was made, however my wife and I were both upstairs in our living room at the time and our ring doorbell and security cameras show the driver never left their vehicle. Unexcusable. When I called the post office to speak to someone, no one ever picked up. Despite the number of times I tried to call and despite what time it was (I made sure to call during operating hours) I was always sent to an answering system that was turned off.

Waiting for a Christmas gift that requires a signature. I signed up to get tracking info via text. I`m so glad I did because the package was due todeliver this past Saturday. Well no package and no note stating we tried to deliver however when I checked the tracking there was a note with the tracking stating we tried to deliver you were not available so we left a note. Ummm no you did not at least not at my house so I filled out the form on the tracking info for re delivery but I`m going to pick up. Wish me luck I`m going to try and pick up this morning.

We got mail for two neighbors plus our mail today. Last week we got mail for a person whose address started with number 515 and our number is 514. Carrier needs to pay attention to what they are doing.

I had package stolen I had a package opened and stolen and I still haven't received my plates for my car I want answers NOW because I think one of your mailman or lady is a thief.
